RESOLL'TION DIRECT?NG COUNTY AUDITOR TO LEVY
ADDITIONAL TAXES FOR 30NDS ISSUED FOR WATER
IMPROVEi�1ENT NO. 197 0-LT,ti-1 (P.,B,C) ,
BE IT RESOLVED. by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota as follows :
1 . With reference to Resolution No. 566 whicn provided
for the levying of taxes for bonds issued for the 1970-LW-1 (A,B,C) ,
it is hereby deter�nined that the lev�- should be increased $4 , 000
per year starting in the the year 1980 for taxes collected in 1981 .
2. This council has heretofore levied special assessments
• cgainst pro?ert�- benefitted.
Cor.iputations made by the City ' s financial consultant take into
account deferred assessments , bond redemption funds and the reinvest-
r.ient thereof and indicate the need for a $4 , 000 anr�ual increase in
the certified levy. ' �
The levy snall be as follows :

appropriated to the Improvement Bcn� Redemption Fund to permit the
reduction of� the feregoina tax levies in accordance with section
475. 61, Subd . 3 , �!innesota Statutes .
The motion for the adopticn of the fo�-egoing resolution
was duly secondzd by Councilman Butler and upon vote

Mayor Van Nest, Councilmembers Butler, Hannah, Hurr & Paurus
and the following voted against tne same : None
