RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR A 4" WELL, PUMP
AND PRESSURE SYSTEM AT BEDERWOOD PARK
WHEREAS , it has been determined tha� there is a need for
water supply at Bederwood Park in the City of Orono, and
WHEREAS, the Orono City Council has directed the city
engineer to prepare plans and specifications for a 4" well, pump,
and pressure system to supply potable drinking water at Bederwood
Park and, '
WHEREAS , the Orono City Council approved the plans and
specifications for a 4" well, pump, and pressure system at a regular
council meeting on September 15 , 1980.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Orono City Council
• does authorize the City Administrator to advertise for sealed bids for
the installation of a 4" well, pump, and pressure system at Bederwood
Park in the City of Orono.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held September 15, 1980.
