RESOLUTION # 1203
A RESOLUTION AGREEING TO DISSOLUTION OF THE
WEST HENNEPIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the West Hennepin Assessment District has
provided assessing services for the communities of Orono, Spring
Park, Minnetrista, and Minnetonka Beach since 1971, and
WHEREAS, the Cities of Spring Park and Minnetonka Beach
have adopted resolutions indicating their desire to dissolve the
District September 30 , 1980 , and
WHEREAS, the City of Minnetrista is also considering
withdrawal and determined that dissolution of the District appears
to be the most feasible alternative .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
� CITY OF ORONO hereby agrees to dissolve the West Hennepin Assessment
District effective September 30 , 1980 .
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held September 15 , 1980 .
