A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION
IN THE 1980 I�IINNESOTA SHADE TREE GRANT PROGRAM �
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has a 1980 Shade Tree
Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Budget for 1980 , including sanitation
and reforestation programs of the City, was approved on October 2 , 1979 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following is the
Shade Tree Program budget for sanitation and reforestation for
calendar year 1980 and that the City share of said budget is
available in the General Fund.

Outside Contracts 25 , 055 --
Miscellaneous 5 , 650 --
• TOTAL 47 , 696 --
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Administrator are hereby authorized to execute and submit the
1980 Shade Tree Program application to the Minnesota De artment
of Agriculture.
