RE S OLUTION '�
• a meeting of the Citq Council of the Citq of Groiio , held on the
16 day of Octo�er , 19 7� , the following Resolution was offered by
��Jilliarl B. Van PJest , "4ayor of Orono ; seconded by '.'1ar�� C. ?3utler ,
Councilrlerlber ; to wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans,
special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 10 ,
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. " , within the corporate limits of the City of
Orono , from the an T.?:. 12 at C.S.-s..I.. 5 in Orona

and seeks the approval thereof:
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVID that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of said
Trunk Highwaq within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including
the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to anq and all changes in
lade occasioned bq said construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVID that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles,
if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway,
to be parallel with the curb ad�acent to the highwaq, and at least 20 feet from any crosswallcs
on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway.
Upon the call of the roll, the following council members voted in favor of the Resolution:
