AGREEMENT AND EXECUTING THE NEW JOINT COOPERATION�"'�
AGREEMEL�TT FOR THE USE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GR.ANT FUNDS FROM U.S. DEPAR.TMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTERED BY HENNEPIN COUNTY OFFICE OF
PLANNING AND DEVE� 'OPMENT
WI�REAS, The City of Orono and the County of Hennepin have �
a Joint Cooperation Agreement in effect for the use of Community ,
and Urban development and;
;,-,.
' WHEREAS, both parties wish to terminate that agreement,
NOW THEREFORE BE ,IT RESOLVED, that the current agreement,
with the County of Hennepin be terminated effective September 30,
1979 and a new. agreement with the County of Hennepin; County Con-
tract #g0461 be implemented effective October 1 , 1979; and the
mayor and the clerk/administrator be authorized to execute the
agreement on behalf of the City of Orono.
