Per your request, I made a Final Inspection of this Property on Tuesdav, March 30,
1976. The following items must be completed before a Certificate of Occupancy will
be issued.
1. The garage fire wall must have the joints taped.
2. The door between house and garage must have a closer.
3. The basement fireplace should be enclosed and an 18" deep hearth installed.
I would expect these items to be completed in 30 days. If you have any questions,
