FRINK <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation �organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; andq <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> subdivision by D.D. Frink, the subdivider; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> City, including: • <br /> Dedication by quit claim deed, Exhibit A, of rights of way <br /> for •public streets and roads, shown as Turnham Road. � <br /> Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount <br /> of $100. 00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br /> �City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division for <br /> D.D. Frink according to the legal descriptions shown on the Certificate <br /> of Survey� by Gordon Coffin, dated August 16, 1979 (Exhibit B) , subject <br /> to the following condition: � <br /> This resolution together with an executed copy of Exhibit A <br /> noted above shall be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder' s <br /> Office on or before February 28, 1980. • <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the filing has <br /> not been cc�mpleted by the date specified above.
