This property was assessed both for footage and for one sewer unit, was assessed for one connection charge, and was provided with one sewer stub. The house at 4035 Dahl Road is connected to that sewer stub, which is at the property line on North Ani; ririve (see map attached). The property at 1000 Loma Linda Avenue was assessed footage and two sewer units, and paid one connection charge when the sewer was connected. Two sewer stubs were provided, both at North Arm Drive. Currently, 1000 Loma Linda Avenue is connected to one of the stubs. There is one unused stub available use. In order to use that stub, only the $225.00 connection charge would be required. If a third lot is created at 1000 Loma Linda Avenue, any future lots created after that would be assessed for sewer based on the location of road frontage and requested sewer connection point. Connections to the sewer line in North Arm Drive (Project 1970-LS-l) would currently be assessed a $225.00 connection charge plus a $3,561.94 unit charge plus $21.88 per front toot. Any new connection proposed to the sewer lines Road (Project 1973-1-E) would be assessed at a rate of $6,290.54 per unit plus $29.83 per front foot. These figures apply only for 1989, and could be expected to rise each year based on an inflation factor. i r.; ■ *’! .
