/moo 0 <br /> 7 CITY OF ORONO <br /> RES I LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> `� NO. 7599 <br /> elkfsH00' <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTI G A DONATION <br /> WHEREAS,the city of Orono is authorized by Minn. tat. 465.03 to accept donations of real <br /> and personal property for the benefit of its citizens and 's specifically authorized to accept gifts; <br /> WHEREAS,Judy Anderson has offered to donate $40 .00 to city of Orono for the purchase of a <br /> tree to be planted at Big Island Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the donation is for the benefit of its resid nts; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it is appropria e to accept the donation. <br /> RESOLVED that the Orono City Council gratefully accepts the donation to be used by the city of <br /> Orono. <br /> FURTHER, staff will acknowledge receipt of the dona ion expressing appreciation. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held April 28, 2025. <br /> ATTEST: CI Y OF ORONO <br /> Christine , Clerk Boo Tunheim, Mayor <br />
