A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUNDS
�, , SUBDIVISION FOR ANNE NIFOROPULOS �

WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal �corporation
organized and existing under th,e laws of the State of Minnesota; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations � for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and �
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application
for a subdivision by Anne Niforopulos, the subdivider; and
�. WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of
the platting regulations of the City, '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of.
the City of Orono hereby approves a metes and bounds subdivision
for ANNE NIFOROPULOS as shown on attached Exhibit A and as described
below:
Parcel A, Niforopulos:
• That part of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision Two Hund�ed twenty-nine
(229) , Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the plat tnereof on
file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and
for said county, lying Soutnerly of a line draw-n parallel with and
240 feet Southerly of, as r�easured at right angles to, the ;�orth line
of said Lot 1 and lying ilesterly of a line drawn parallel with and
� 1,070 feet Easterly of, as neasured at right angles ,to, the k'est line
of said Lot 1. �
Containing 16.3 acres, more or less. .
Parcel B, State of Minnesota: ,

That par� of Lot l, Auditor's Suodivision Two Hundred twenty-nine "
(229) , hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereo£ on
• file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and
for said county, lying Southerly of a line drawn parallel k�ith and
240 ieet Southerly of, as measured at right angles to, the I�orth line
of said Lot 1 and lying Easterly of a line drawn parallel with and
1,070 feet Easterly of, as measured at right angles to, the �dest line
of said Lot 1. -

Dedication of Parcel B to the Minnesota Department of
Natural Resources shall serve in lieu of payment of a
Park Dedication Fee for this subdivision. This waiver
sha11 not preclude charging of such fees in the future
if Parcel A is ever further subdivided.
The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the division
is not filed with the Hennepin County Recorder' s Office on or before
December 12, 1979 together with a certified original copy of this
Resolution. In that event, it wi11 be necessary to file a new
application with the City of Orono for subdivision review,
