• RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE ASD HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of
Orono, that the road hereinafter described should be revoked as a
Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws;
NOW �'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by �he City Council of the City of
Orono that the road described as follows, to-wit:
WILLOT�J DRI V�; FROM FOX STREET TO SHORELINE DRI VE
(COUNTY ROAD 15) MSAS #� 01 (Length 1 .13 miles)
be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid
Street of said City subject to the approval of the Comrnissioner
of �ransportation of the state of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV''r�D, that the City Administrator is
hereb� authorized and directed to fo�ward two certified copies of
this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration.
