COMMENTS: In order to confirm that your septic system meets Minnesota standards, soil borings
weze performed to verify a 3 foot separation between the drainfield anti the seasonal water
table. The separation is 0 feat and the system is non -compliant. Connection to municipal
sewer is requ:red by 3/24/98.
