� Al'dD ORDERIl`dG ADVERTISEP�iENT FOR BIDS
�aFiEREAS, the City Engineer, T4r. Glenn Cook of Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik, & Associates, has prepared plans and specifications
for construction of a segment of the ring route as a connecting
link between the intersection of County Road rdo. 19 and No. 84 and
the intersection of County Road rdo. 6 and Watertown Road, and
�aHEREAS, the plans and specifications have been presented
to the City Council for approval and are. hereby adopted as submitted.
' PJOT�I, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Orono, P�linnesota, as follows:
l. The plans and specifications for the imnrovement
, are on file in the City Offices and the Engineer's
Office. '
2. The City Admiriistrator is hereby authorized and
directed to cause advertiser.ient for bids for `the
construction of said irlprovement to be published
as required by law in the official newspaper of
,. the City and in the Construction Bulletin not less
than three weeks befor.e the date and time for opening
of bids, which shall take place at the City Hall in
• the City of Orono, PZinnesota, on Friday, April 27,
1979 at 10: 00 A.P!!. at which time they will be
publicly opened b1� the City Administrator and will
then be tabulated. The City reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
