Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lutz:
A letter was sent you a dated April 30, 1998 concerning your incomplete connection to municipal
sewer. In order to final the permit for the connected to municipal sewer, the septic tanks formerly
serving the residence must be abandoned. This work must be inspected by the City to verify the
work has been completed in compliance with City Codes. Due to your concerns regarding
abandoning your septic tanks, we obtained a letter from this property owner giving you permission
to enter his property to remove the tanks. Both our previous letter to you and the neighbors letter
to the City are enclosed for your review.
Please abandon the septic tanks and call the City for a final inspection by June 4, 1999 or we will
be forced to pursue legal action.
