By this letter I am specifically granting you and/or someonL• you may authorize to come on the
wooded portion of my property at 3180 Ridgewood Circle. Orono, for purposes of filling a septic
tank which extended from neighboring property. The only condition is that whoever does this
tilling must be responsible for restoring the surface so that it is reasonably level and has top soil
over the restored area.
