Place form Janet and Dain Rodwell. Our closing is set for
September 6, 1990. We know that a variance has been applied for

Dear Mr. Gaffron:
We are in the process of selling our house to Tom and Mary
Lou Lutz. In regard to the application fcr the varin:r4i on our
property, we are agreeable to letting the Lutz's "take over" the
application for the variance, provided that no approval from the
City of Orono for any plan shall be made until after the house is
sold on September 6, 1990.
