Dear Mr. & Mrs. Rodwell:
The Building & Zoning Department is in receipt of your
application for a building permit, which was received by this
office on May 22, 1990. A review of the application finds that
the proposed addition would encroach upon the required 30'
setback from your south property line. (Note that because of the
shape of your lot, your h lot line would be considered a side
lot line rather than a lot line.)
As I discussed wit:.:-'rs. Rodwell on May 23rd, if you wish to
apply for a variance, the deadline date for the next Planning
Commission meeting is Friday, May 25th at noon. Meeting this
deadline would place yntir application on the June 18th Planning
Commission meeting with final City Council action anticipated on
July 9th. I have attached G copy of the variance application
should you wish to apply.
