Dear Mr. Provo:
I met with Duane Ha l stad on your property on Monday, December 10, to
discuss the mound sewage treatment system he will be installing to
replace your currently failing sy-:tem. He and I concurred that the
soil conditions were too wet to properly install the system, and it will
have to wait until spring.
Please be advised again that you will have to take whatever steps are
necessary to keep the discharge to a minimum until the new system can be
