The on -site sewage treatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears I , fall into the category checked below: Meets or exceeds current city standards in all respects relating to design, construction, and location. Your contractor must obtain a permit before work is started. WORK REQUIRED: Septic tanks must be pumped within 48 hours. Drainfield must be repaired or replaced within 90 days. W/o solid bottoms; noted no evidence current or past discharge to surface, but liquid level in tanks is above tank cover, system is overfull which may be due to saturated ground at the present. Last documented pumpout was 1979 - suggest tha anks b_e_puMped out this year, perhaps tank level will return to normal as ground RKDc4(f?4M4 XWK dries out.
