Dear Mr. Dunlap:
The Village Council at their meeting of November 26, 1973,
voted that all ponds excavated since the enactment of the
excavation ordinance in 1967 should come into conformance
by applying for a conditional use permit as required by
the ordinance.
I readily admit giving you verbal permission to excavate
your pond due to misinterpertation of conditions that
existed at that time; however, I respectfully ask your
cooperation in filling out the conditional use application
enclosed herein and returning the same with the $10.00
fee required by ordinance by December 5, 1973.
Your application will be processed at the next regular
meeting of December 10, 1973.
