SUBJECT: 2n Cygnet Place f, 305 Watertown Road
Routine inspection of vicinity revealed earth work in progress on this
Droverty as of April 20, 1976. There has been grading of a significant
area along Ckgnet Place (including flattening of a small hill) which has
left a very large pile of topsoil. Also, a road has been constructed
across the natural drainage between these two properties and a in,, Pvr
culvert installed. John rerhardson was to review the drainage situation.
