Dear '-Ir. B fork:
I received a court order for the removal of the
buildings at the above address as of .7sine 15 1970.
I sent letters asking for bids foz removal of same --
one for S380.00 and one for 5420.00. Since these
costs are to he assessed against the property it
would only be fair that I notify you of this In the
event you wished to raze them yourself.
I consider the buildings on this property as extremely
hazardous, and have had constant complaints on same
for over a year, so this is not a matter I can
procrastinate on. For this reason, I ask that you
notify me of your intent on same.
