Dear Mr. Reder:
This letter is written to better clarify our discussion
of today concerning a SAC charge payment at the time
you acquire a building permit. I have checked with
the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission and they
have advised that a SAC charge would be required as
the subject structure did not exist as of January 1,
1973.
The City records confirm removal of the structure sometime
in the summer of 1970.
