I have just received a reply to my June 25, 1979 letter to
Hennepin Countv regarding direct purchase of the above tax
forfeit lots.
The purchase price would be as follows:
Lot 8 $2,000.00
Tax 60.00
Lot 9 2,000.00
Tax 60.00
City Closing Fee 150.00
TOTAL $4,270.00
If you still desire to purchase these lots, send a check in the
above amount payable to the City of Orono. We will place the
money in an escrow account while purchase agreements are sis- ad
and the transaction is completed.
