RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT THE
PART-TIME POSITION HELD BY
� ANTHONY J. WHITE
IS THAT OF A POLICE OFFICER
WHEREAS,that Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund excludes
part-time police officers unless a resolution is adopted by the governing body to authorize eligibility
for coverage in the Police and Fire Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective May 11, 2004, the position Anthony J. White holds is
that of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64, pursuant to which said
� employee shall become a member of the Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire
Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota at a regular meeting held May
10, 2004.
