FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
ORDER
The above entitled matter came on for hearing before the
undersigned, one of the judges in the above named Court, on the 27th
day of May, 1970. The petition of the Village of Orono for an
order authorizing the enforcement of the order of the Village of
Orono, said order dated. October 1-3, 1959, .:as presented to the
Court, together with the affidavit of Bruce D. Willis, an attorney
for the Village of Orono, and the matter having been duly submitted
Bruce D. Willis, appearing for petitioner, no one appearing
in opposition thereto, and the Court being fully advised in the
mises,
IT IS ORDERED:
1. That the order of the Village of Orono, dated October 13,
1969, is hereby affirmed.
2. That the. Village. of Orono is hereby authorized to enforce
that order in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15
