Grounds. The building located on the property above described is unoccupied and in a deteriorated and dilapidated condition. It serves as an attractive nuisance to children in the neighborhood, and because of its damaged, dilapidated, unsanitary and abandoned condition, it constitutes a fire hazard and a hazard to public safety and health. 2. Necessary Repairs. This building should be removed and the excavation filled, or it the alternative, the foundation, walls, bearing walls and non -bearing walls should be checked and rebuilt as necessary, structural members which are we,0: should be replaced, and the entire heating, electrical and plumbing syst...� should bo checked and replaced or repaired as necessary to bring it within the specifications of the Municipal Code of Orono. fl Further, all windows, seals and doors should be repaired as necessary, and the building should be closed avid secured or occupied. 3. Summary Enforcement and Time. A motion for sumrary enforcement of this Order will be made to the District Court, Hennepin County, unless corrective action is completed within 45 days of the date this Order is served, or unless an answer is filed by you within 25 days from the date of service.
