Dear Mr. Bjork:
The Village Council at their regular meeting of May 27,
1968, resolved by Resolution #240, that the owner of
property at 3567 Crystal Place correct the hazardous
condition thereon.
Our Attorney contacted Mr. Skjei, and he informed him
that you had taken possession. Our Attorney advised me
that I should contact you as to your intentions regarding
the building and prgmises before proceeding with condemnation
under the 1965 Hazardous Building Act.
Any work done on this building will require a permit and
specifications brought in as to what repairs will be made.
