SUBJECT: Condemnation
I ask to proceed with condemnation proceedings on property, which
according to our tax records is owned by Larry Skjei, 806 East Lake
Street, Minneapolis, 3567 Crystal Place, Lots 8 & 9, Block 3,
Plat 42740, Parcels 1800 & 1850.
The place is vacant, and vandals have broken all the windows in the
place and are proceeding to raze the house. There have been previous
notices as to condition of the premises. I'm afraid if sold a5 is,
another person such as the last will hole up in it. By proceeding_
with condemnation on account of the building being hazardous, we
will forestall this, because even if they decide to fix it, it
will have to be fixed according to code.
