To Whom It May Concern:
The building inspector made an inspection of your property
(Lo} 3, Block 3, 17-117-23-43-0026) located within the City
of Orono. He reports that concrete blocks are being stored
on the site and that it appeared as if a contractor was using
the :it as a storage yard. I must advise you that this use
is -.. violation of the Ordinances that govern the use of
residential property. I will note and enclose the specific
Ordinances in violation:
37.1.20 - Exterior Storage in Residential Districts
82.040(b) - Public Nuisances Endangering Peace and
Safety.
This violation must be removed no later than December 28, 1979
or you will be subject to litigation. Please call my office
if you have any questions.
