SUBJECT: Sewer Usage Charge - Leonard Buckley
Mr. Buckley has sent a letter to us objecting to a two -unit charge
for usage. His building has living quarters up and an upholstery
shop down. I have checked the building and an in agreement with
his letter stating he has no sanitary facilities down and could not
have without lifting sewage.
He is not asking for a refund, merely that we drop the second charge.
Would you refer this to the Village Council?
