Mr. Buckley has brought me your application form
delivered to him regarding his use of his real estate.
Inasmuch as Mr. Buckley operates with ao les^ than non-
conforming use rights in zoning, I submit that he is not
required to have a permit from the municipality for the
use he is making of his property. Mr. Buckley's use of
the property exists as his legal right, permission being
given by law, and he does not need a permit from the
Village of Orono to so use his premises.
Will you please send me in behalf of Leonard Buckley the
Village of Orono form of application for non-conforminc,
condition of use permit.
