BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Orono, Minnesota as follows:
1. The proposed assessments for Sanitary ^ewer Improvement 1965LS-1
should be and are hereby amended as follows:

To be divided as follows:
Tract A - 50 feet
Tract B - 57.87 feet
Tract C 74.25 feet

Reduced from 292.5 feet to 162.12 feet
2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that th; foregoing
amendment to said proposed assessment is just and equitable, and
necessary to a fair assessment for Payment of the cost of caid
improvement.
