SUBJECT: Grunlund - Division
Karl Grunlund is asking for a division of Lot 4, Block 1, Wiley's
Park, - 43620 - 1600, 3445 Crystal Bay Road, into two parcels.
One parcel would be 6994 square feet, the other 9211 square feet.
The lot is not in single separate ownership as Mr. Grunlund is owner
of adjacent lot 3.
This area is serviced by Municipal Sewer. Mr. Grunlund is not
hooked up. Any division would be contingent on hookup.
This is in 11R-1D" zoning.
My recommendation for any division would be to bring division line
of Lot 4 through 3 as 6994 square feet is to small a lot. Then Lot
3 would also have to be hooked to sewer.
