A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
THE QUOTATION FOR THE
WEST FARM (HOMESEAD) SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS,pursuant to a solicitation for quotations for the West Farm (Homestead)
sanitary sewer improvements proj ect, quotations were received,opened and tabulated according to
law; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Red Pederson Utilities Inc. Hopkins, Minnesota
submitted the lowest responsible quotation.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota:
The Orono City Council does hereby accept the quotation from Red Pederson Utilities Inc. .
for completion of the West Farm (Homestead) sanitary sewer improvements project
according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file
in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of$34,914.50. .
Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council meeting held on March 22,
2004.
