I her•�by certify that this is a true and
correct representation of a survey of the
boundaries of Lot 1, Mock 1, "Wiley's Park"
1,hk4 Minnetonka, and of the location of all
buildings thereon, Arai all visible encroach-
ments, if any, from or on said land. Mr.
Hunter's actual legal description is of
Lot 1 except that part th,4reof lying between
the Northerly line of County Road and Crystal
Bay; howpvPr, no information was obtainable
on a centerline or right-of-way line for
Crystal Bay Pond other than the blacktopFed
road as trevelled. Assuminr the blacktop
road is centered on thn right -of way referred
to as "County Road" in the description, and
that the ri,-ht-of-way is 66 feet wide, being
33 feet pn each side of the centerline of the
blacktok, the North right -of way line would
then fall 10 feet more or less in the lake,
and Mr. ft tsr woul-i own all that part of
