shoreline erosion protection
Dear Ms. George:
At the regularly scheduled October 16, 1986 meeting of the Board of Managers,
the subject p,-mit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits:
1. Permit File 83-58.
2. Permit Application No. 86-180, received October 8, 1986.
3. Letter from the applicant requesting the renewal of the permit.
The Board approved the renewal request with the condition that geotextile filter
fabric be placed under the gravel filter blanket.
This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one (1) year. If
construction is not complete within one (1) year, an extension must be
requested. Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about
to commence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
