Dear Mary Anne:
Per our agreement with Hennepin County in regard to the
administering of C.D.B.G. funds, I must advise you of a change in
the ownership of a property that has been improved with grant
funds assigned to the City of Orono for program year VII.
The recipient, Sandi George of 3399 Crystal Bay Road,
Wayzata, MN 55391, has transferred ownership of the subject
property, via quit claim deed to Jerry Wheeler also of 3399
Crystal Bay Road. I have enclosed a copy of the unfiled deed for
your review.
