THE SPACE FOR EACH RESIDENCE IS GENERALLY GREATER. THE PROPERTY ISM NOT
SALABLE ON THE BASIS OF LARGE LOTS BECAUSE THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES ARE
CROWDED. THE LOT ON WHICH MY RESIDENCE STANDS IS ASSESED AT 94 FEET.
THE TWO LOTS TOTAL 158 FEET.

The first twelve houses, east of Lot 17 are on narrew lots,

variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air
to adjacent property, unreasonably increase the congestion..
in the public streets, increase the danger of fire, endanger
the public safety, unreasonably diminish or impair established
property values in the surrounding area, or in any other way
impair health, safety, comfort, morals, or in any other respect
be contrary to the intent of the Zoning Ordinance and any
applicable comprehensive plan. Explain in detail.
16. The general effect of the close spacing on this street, is less apparent because Crystal
Bay is on the North side and occupants have the advantage of an excellent outlook over
the lake. The supply of air and light is enhanced by the lake and the comparatively
high situation of these lots.
