Explain in detail. 16. The general effect of the close spacing on this street, is less apparent because Crystal Bay is on the North side and occupants have the advantage of an excellent outlook over the lake. The supply of air and light is enhanced by the lake and the comparatively high situation of these lots. NOTE: e following material must be attached to this application. 17.
