The law requires that the conditions set forth in the
following three items 14, 15, and 16 14UST be established
befo�oe a variance can be granted. Explain in detail after
each statement wherein your case conforms to the requirements.
14. AiTficulties of Hardship to Owner. Strict application of
he provisions of the Zoning Ordinance would result in
peculiar and practical difficulties or exceptional or undue
hardship upon the owner of the lot in developing or using
such lot in a manner customary ar_d legally permissible
within the zoning district in which -said lot is located.
Granting of the variance is necessary for the preservation
and enjoyment of a substantial property right of the appli-

and will not merely serve as a convenience to the applicant.

of the boundaries of the affected property as those names
appear on the records of the County Auditor of Hennepin
County.
