Legal Description: Lot 1 in wallace's Addition to the Village of
Minn*6onka Beach, together with the vacated street adjoining
the Northeasterly line thereof, according to the plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds,
in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Permission grantod: Construction of garage of ghich encroachment on
vacated street, used as a utilities easement, will be so
nearer than nineteen feet from the center of existing
watermain.
In consideration of permission given the Pormittees by the Village of
Orono so outlined above, the Permitteos or their assignees or successors
in interest hereby agree to indemnify and holdharmless the Village of
Orono from and against and dofend the Village of Orono from and against
any and all claims, less, costs, suits or damages arising out of injuries
to or death of any and all persons whomsoever, including, but net limited to,
the parties hereto, their agents and employees, or damage to any property,
including property *wood by or in care, custody and control of either
Posoiltess or of Village of Oronc, which injury of damage is in any manner
connected with or resulting from either directly or indirectly, the
occupancy and use and maintoua.nc* of Village of Grone'o said oasoment or the
facilities located thore*n by the Permittess, their assignees or successors
in interest and their employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors and
their employees.
