SUBJECT: Variance - Charles welter - 3309 Crystal Bay Road
At the Council meeting of April. 23, 1973, three conditions were
Listed before approval could be given to the Welter -'est. These
conditions Mere:
1. Provide a survey showing that the proposed garage would be no
closer than 19' from the centerline of the watermain.
2. provide a hold -harmless agreement holding the Village harmless
from any damage to the Welter property.
3. Provide written approval that the railroad would allow the
proposed garage on their property.
These provisions have been compl4.e2- with and they necessary documents
are attached.
