TO: Jim Cosby, Village Administrator <br />FROM: Dexter Marston, Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: May 10, 1973 <br />SUBJECT: Variance - Charles welter - 3309 Crystal Bay Road <br />At the Council meeting of April. 23, 1973, three conditions were <br />Listed before approval could be given to the Welter -'est. These <br />conditions Mere: <br />1. Provide a survey showing that the proposed garage would be no <br />closer than 19' from the centerline of the watermain. <br />2. provide a hold -harmless agreement holding the Village harmless <br />from any damage to the Welter property. <br />3. Provide written approval that the railroad would allow the <br />proposed garage on their property. <br />These provisions have been compl4.e2- with and they necessary documents <br />are attached. <br />
