A question has come up relative to land area and lot size
on Parcel 100 - Plat 43540, owned by Charles J. Welter.
Our records show 70' (seventy feet) frontage on the lake
by average 112' a hundred twelve foot) depth.
Our land valua ion for tax purposes is based on this size
and frontage and t ad accordingly in 1973.
