WHEREAS, pursuant to due grid proper notice according to law, a public
hearing was held by the Village Planning Co-missio:i at the Village
Hall, in the Village of Orono, Minnesota, on November 20, 1967, at
7:30 P,M., CST, to consider a petition brought by a majority of abutting
land owners for the vacation of the following described unnamed street
abutting 3295 Crystal Bay Road and 3309 Crystal Say Road situated in
the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota:
Lot 2, Block 2, Langdon Park, Parcel 410; and,
