HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-10-02 Letter, Terms for Vacating StreetOctober 2, 1969 Mr. Herbert Ebert 3225 Crystal Bay Road Wiyzata, Minnesota SS391 Mr. Albin Parnquist 332S Crystal Bay Road Wayzata, Minnesota SS391 Gentlemen: The Council has approved the vacation of the 2S-soot street between your respective properties with the following conditiona: a) This will only include that part of the street between the railroad tracks and Crystal Bay Road the part between Crystal Bay Road and the lake will remain Village property. b) The sewer assessment on the 2S feet will have to be paid by you at $12.00 per foot, which was the initial cost, or $300.00 plus an acreage charge which would be roughly SS.00. c) The Village will retain a utility easement on foresaid vacated street. This will prevent any construction thereon, but will allow it to be part of the setback in the eventuality you would want further construction on your respective properties, allowing you to build right up vacated street. If these conditions are agreeable with you, please notify me and I will draw up a resolution giving this property to you. Enclosed find a copy of 'Minutes as approved.
