TO: Jim Cosby, City Administrator <br />FROM: @xter Marston, Zoning Administrator <br />DATED: May 10, 1974 <br />SUBJECT: Sewer Abatements <br />#1 - Louis Followell - 4641 Tonkaview <br />Louis Followell owns Lots I & 2, Block 3, Birklands and Wicklunds Park and Lots <br />d 2, Block 4. On July 27, 1973, the petitioner applied to divide these four <br />lots into 2 building sites. The four lots are 1.2 acres in size and they are <br />located in a I acre zone. This matter was tabled pending the conclusion of the <br />comprehensive plan. The rezoning, however, has designated this area as a I acre <br />lot size minimum. As a result, Mr. Followell has applied to have his sewer and <br />water charge abated for lots I and 2 of Block 4. The assessor is preparing the <br />amount of money that can be considered for abatement. <br />#2 - F. A. Sutter - 3245 Crystal Bay Road <br />On March 23, 1970, the Council approved the division of Lot I, Block 2, Townsite <br />of Langdon Park. The property has a water unit charge assesser' against it and <br />the petitioner would like to have this abated. <br />A memo will be forthcoming from the Assessing Office. <br />
