SUBJECT: Garage Set -back Variance - H. Lannie Cragg - 3255 Crystal
Bay Road - Lot 1, Block 2, Parcel 380, Langdon Park.
The aboVp arty is asking for a garage set -back variance on two sides --
one to A9 feet and one to seven feet.
His lot in the area for the garage is only 35 feet wide, hence he would
have to have a variance to build it.
Garages in the area are helter skelter, some only a few feet from the
property line. This garage would be on the rear of his property so it
would require no front set -back variance.
There would be no garages near enough to cause a fire hazard.
Mr. Cragg isn't in any hurry so would suggest Planning Commission to
take a long hard look at it, as Mr. Ray Anderson, who owns adjacent lot
is going to ask for a variance for building a house on his lot. I have
told him to bring in the signatures of adjacent property owners.
