Lannie Cragg - 3255 Crystal <br />Bay Road - Lot 1, Block 2, Parcel 380, Langdon Park. <br />The aboVp arty is asking for a garage set -back variance on two sides -- <br />one to A9 feet and one to seven feet. <br />His lot in the area for the garage is only 35 feet wide, hence he would <br />have to have a variance to build it. <br />Garages in the area are helter skelter, some only a few feet from the <br />property line. This garage would be on the rear of his property so it <br />would require no front set -back variance. <br />There would be no garages near enough to cause a fire hazard. <br />Mr. Cragg isn't in any hurry so would suggest Planning Commission to <br />take a long hard look at it, as Mr. Ray Anderson, who owns adjacent lot <br />is going to ask for a variance for building a house on his lot. I have <br />told him to bring in the signatures of adjacent property owners. <br />I <br />Z. <br />
